What is in each entry

Contact details are checked against the business and filing address when available. Availability and accuracy vary; a listing is not a guarantee that a number answers.

Venue: Business name and street address, as filed with the state.
License: License class, for example full liquor or beer and wine, and whether it is on premises.
Stage: Application filed, newly licensed, or ownership transfer, with the date. This is a filing stage, not proof that the current venue is opening or operating.
Contact: Direct phone, email, or both, researched and checked against the filing address.
Owner: Owner or officer name where the state corporate registry lists one.
Cadence: Delivery depends on source freshness and qualifying records. Confirm the current schedule with Jack.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

What you buy: A recurring monthly subscription to the Elminfo daily filing feed for one territory. It is a data and research service delivered by email. Nothing is shipped.
How it bills: The listed plan is $49 USD per month. Confirm the trial period, first charge date and recurring billing terms in your subscription agreement before paying.
Cancelling: Email jreece@elminfo.net or text 845-303-0783 and say stop. No notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep receiving the feed through the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not billed again.
Refunds: If the feed is not useful, say so within 30 days of a charge and that month is refunded in full. If a billing mistake happens, it gets refunded, no argument. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually land in 5 to 10 business days.
Changing region: Switch territories at any time at no extra cost. Just ask.
Your data: We store your name, email, phone and chosen territory to deliver the feed and nothing else. We do not sell or share subscriber information.

Who this is for

Two kinds of people buy it, for the same reason.

POS resellers: You want timely restaurant prospects. An application is a licensing event; it does not establish purchasing stage or current opening status.
Insurance agents: A license filing can identify a timely insurance event. Opening status is reported only when separate dated, identity-matched evidence supports it.

The filing feed is compiled from public state license records. Elminfo is a data and research service. We are not a lender, and we do not sell insurance policies, point of sale hardware, or alcohol. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Support requests and cancellations are answered same day on weekdays.
